You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections to venue.
No Class Actions: All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
10. Miscellaneous
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
